Waft Refund & Return Policy

At Waft, our mission is to keep every home smelling clean, fresh, and effortless — starting with your washer. We stand behind the quality and performance of every Waft tablet and want you to feel confident every time you order from us.


Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No problem.
If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can cancel or update it before it begins processing.

Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund, processed within 7 business days.

After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee changes, as your order may already be packed or shipped.


60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We know it takes time to see real results — especially when cleaning what you can’t see. That’s why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

We ask that you give Waft at least 14 days of use to allow our deep-cleaning enzymes to fully refresh your washer.

If you’re still not satisfied, you may request a refund anytime between day 14 and day 60 after your purchase.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds apply to first-time purchases only.

To start a refund request:

  • Fill out the form on our Contact Us page, or

  • Email us at support@waftecofizz.com with your order number or the name and email used at checkout.


Damaged or Defective Items

Every order is inspected before shipment, but if your Waft tablets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Email support@waftecofizz.com with:

  • A clear photo of the damage, and

  • A short description of the issue.

If eligible, we’ll send you a free replacement right away.

Please note:

  • Minor packaging damage (like scuffs or dents) doesn’t qualify if the tablets themselves are unharmed.

  • We can’t replace or refund items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship quickly and reliably, but once an order is handed to the courier, delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.

Waft isn’t responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Shipping delays outside our control

  • Tracking or delivery errors caused by the carrier

If your package is missing or delayed, please reach out to the courier directly for assistance.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours so we can correct it.

After that window, we can’t guarantee changes, resends, or refunds for orders sent to the wrong address.
