At Ecofizz, we believe a fresh start begins the moment you order. That’s why we offer FREE shipping on every order, every day — no minimums, no hidden fees.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as “dispatched” and you’ll receive tracking details straight to your inbox.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days, but we always do our best to get your order out quickly.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times start once your order has been dispatched. Delivery speed may vary based on your location:
🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 5–10 business days
Please note: Carriers may experience occasional delays due to weather, customs, or seasonal volume. Tracking updates might not always show real-time movement, but your order is still on its way.
Accurate Shipping Details & Order Changes
Please double-check your address at checkout — incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or cancellations.
If we notice an issue with your address, our team will reach out within 3 business days. If we don’t hear back, your order may be canceled.
Need to make a change? Email us at support@waftecofizz.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it before processing begins.
Delayed Delivery
We know how important it is to keep your washer running smoothly. While we ship fast, some delays (weather, customs checks, courier issues) are outside our control.
If your order takes longer than expected, we’ll keep you updated and work with the carrier to make things right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is with the courier, it’s outside our direct control. If your package is lost or stolen, contact us at support@waftecofizz.com— we’ll guide you through the next steps.
We also recommend filing a claim with the carrier, as most offer support for lost shipments.
While Ecofizz isn’t liable for packages lost or stolen in transit, we’ll always do our best to help. In certain cases, we may offer a one-time replacement depending on the situation.
